A small tourist plane has hit a skyscraper in central Milan setting the top floors of the 30-storey building on fire.
The crash by a Piper tourist plane into the 26th floor occurred at 5.50pm (14.50 GMT), according to reports.
Eyewitnesses reported hearing a loud explosion from the Pirelli building, which also houses the administrative headquarters of the local Lombardy region and is located next to the city's central train station.
It is unclear whether the crash was an accident or a terrorist attack.
