The Heartland Group was awarded Chartered Insurance Broker status by the CII. Chartered status is only awarded to firms which meet rigorous criteria relating to professionalism and capability. To date, fewer than 50 firms out of the 14,000-plus brokers regulated by the FSA have achieved chartered status.
