Allianz Legal Protection (ALP) has partnered with Lexelle to underwrite its motor legal expenses insurance (LEI) products.

Sheffield-based Lexelle is a specialist in ancillary product provision and hopes to expand the reach of its offering through the deal.

Dennis Langley, managing director at Lexelle, said: “We are excited at the opportunity to work with Allianz, whose commitment to swift decision making and service excellence in underwriting will help us develop products and schemes for our existing and prospective partners.

‘Trusted provider’

Lexelle is part of the PM Law Group, a specialist collective of solicitors. 

Steve Rowley, ALP’s distribution manager, said “the nature of its business partnerships shows how trusted it is to provide high-quality products and claims services”.

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
