David Haynes, chief executive at Arag, said: “Arag is now the UK’s largest legal expenses insurer and it’s important that our part of the insurance market is represented by and has a voice with the ABI.
”Legal protection has matured from a differentiating, add-on product to a vital piece of cover for commercial and personal customers alike. It also plays an important role in the broader UK justice system. I’m looking forward to working with the ABI and its 300 members to increase understanding of legal protection and further extend access to justice.”
