’After careful consideration, I have made a decision to step back from the business to pursue personal interests,’ says chief executive
Arc Legal Group has appointed Ashley Law as its new chief executive, following Lee Taylor’s decision to step down for personal reasons.

Passing on the mantel from 1 May 2026, Taylor will remain with the business until the end of June to support a smooth handover.
Law joined the firm as chief operating officer in December 2025 and will lead the organisation as it executes its growth strategy.
Commenting on his appointment, Law said: “I am grateful for the trust placed in me and for Taylor’s leadership and support throughout this process.
”My focus in the coming weeks and months is maintaining our strong operational performance and delivering the high-quality service our partners and customers expect, while propelling Arc forward – accelerating our growth, expanding our influence and shaping the future of our market as the clear provider of choice”
