Insurance Times rounds up the biggest stories from this week

Starting off the week, deputy news editor James Cowen sat down with ARMD’s Alan Hickman to discuss the firm’s latest broker proposition.

Then, editor Katie Scott delivered a piece from her chat with Aviva UK&I chief executive Jason Storah on the fundamental importance of brokers.

Following this, junior reporter Chantal Kapani provided this month’s regular Big Debate feature, this time examining whether MGAs are taking the place of insurers.

And then, technology editor Clare Ruel sent in her monthly TechTalk feature, which explored varying approaches to the regulation of artificial intelligence across jurisdictions

Topping off the week, Kapani also surveyed industry experts about how the increasing use of data science was impacting the war for talent in the insurance industry, for this month’s Big Question feature.
