1. Why did you put yourselves forward for the category?
We entered the Excellence in Claims Technology category because we are proud to have created Ace, an innovative solution to a common problem faced by insurers – streamlining claims processing.
Ace has had a tangible impact in the real world, enabling faster decision-making and improved operational efficiency for insurers through advanced technology and seamless integration.
2. What do you think makes your entry stand out and why should you win the award?
Ace stands out because of its seamless integration capabilities, connecting legacy systems with modern technologies via API without the need for a full system overhaul.
Its real-time data access and transparent audit trail empower insurers to make faster and smarter decisions, transforming claims processing.
3. What would winning this award mean to you and your firm?
Winning this award would be a significant recognition of the innovation behind Ace. It would validate our commitment to helping insurers modernise claims administration and highlight our role as a forward-thinking technology provider within the insurance industry.
