Atec is a broker setting new standards in personal lines through data-driven insight, digital excellence and growth.

Over the past year, we’ve delivered exceptional financial performance, launched responsive niche products, doubled our customer base and grown GWP from under £60m to over £75m.

At the same time, we have strengthened our environmental, social and governance (ESG) and diversity, equality and inclusion (DEI) and community impact.

We believe our combination of innovation, customer focus and meaningful societal contribution demonstrates the kind of leadership this award seeks to recognise.

2. What do you think makes your entry stand out and why should you win the award?

Atec stands out because we combine the innovation of a tech-driven disruptor with the scale, insurer access and expertise of an established broker.

Our 44-insurer panel enables unrivalled choice and affordability while our digital brands deliver market-leading quotation journeys and higher conversion.

We’ve grown to 260,000 customers, achieved 29% GWP growth and set new benchmarks for quotability, retention and service.

Beyond commercial results, our commitment to ESG, DEI and community programmes shows we’re driven by purpose as well as performance.

3. What would winning this award mean to you and your firm?

Winning Broker of the Year would be a milestone for our entire team – a powerful endorsement of Atec’s strategy, culture and ambition.

It would recognise the talent of our people, the strength of our insurer partnerships and the impact of our investment in technology, customer outcomes and inclusive values.

It would also reinforce our vision to triple in size within five years and become a top 10 UK broker.
