Three insurers are competing for the Personal Lines Insurer of the Year award at this year’s Insurance Times Awards

Ahead of 2025’s Insurance Times Awards, scheduled to be held on 3 December at Grosvenor House, London, Insurance Times can reveal that three firms have been shortlisted for the Personal Lines Insurer of the Year award.

This category recognises a UK insurer setting the standard for others to follow in the personal lines market. Entries were invited from insurers that could demonstrate innovation in customer experience, product development, and claims handling, alongside measurable growth in market share or operational performance. Judges also considered initiatives that improved customer engagement, digital transformation, and sustainability practices.
