Six firms are competing for the Personal Lines Insurer of the Year category at the Insurance Times Awards

Ahead of 2025’s Insurance Times Awards, scheduled to be held on 3 December at Grosvenor House, London, Insurance Times can reveal that six firms have been shortlisted for the Personal Lines Insurer of the Year award.

This category was designed to recognise the best insurer performance in the UK personal lines market. Judges looked for entries from personal lines insurers that strived to go the extra mile in providing well explained, relevant insurance policies for clients in lines of business such as motor, home, travel and pet.

On the night of the Insurance Times Awards 2025, guests will be welcomed with a champagne reception and a three-course dinner.

There will be networking opportunities to celebrate best practice with peers and competitors alike in a friendly atmosphere.

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.

Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
