His departure follows a string of senior leader exits from Intact UK
Intact UK’s chief transformation director for commercial lines, Rob Flynn, is set to step away from the insurer at the end of December 2025.

The move comes following the finalisation of the integration of NIG and Farmweb, which was originally announced on 14 April 2025.
Joining Intact ahead of the NIG and Farmweb takeover, Flynn made the jump from managing director for UK digital commercial, SME and eTrade, at the insurer to his current position in May 2024.
In his role, Flynn is responsible for leading organisations in transforming their operating models, leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) to strengthen underwriting and cultural transformation to achieve profitable growth.
A spokesperson for Intact Insurance said: “Over 16 years, Flynn has been a highly valued leader across RSA and latterly, Intact Insurance, playing a key role in transforming our personal and commercial businesses.
“We’re grateful for his passion, commitment and impact. As he takes on new senior opportunities in the insurance market, we wish him every success for the future.”
