’The addition of Fusion further strengthens that platform and expands the range of differentiated specialty insurance opportunities,’ says chief executive
Investment manager Arrow Global Group (AGG) has acquired specialist MGA Fusion Specialty Group.

AGG has done the deal to boost its specialty insurance platform Arrow Global Insurance (AGI), which provides institutional investors with access to specialty, non-catastrophe insurance markets.
Fusion Specialty Group is backed by a panel of A-rated insurers and provides warranty and indemnity (W&I), representations and warranties (R&W), tax liability and contingent risk insurance – serving private equity, corporates, business owners and their advisors across transactions of all sizes in more than 30 countries.
The acquisition further enhances AGI by adding a specialist MGA to its platform.
Zach Lewy, chief executive and chief investment officer at AGG, said: “AGI is an established specialty insurance platform that combines exceptional underwriting businesses with institutional capital.
”The addition of Fusion, a high quality specialist MGA with an outstanding underwriting track record, further strengthens that platform and expands the range of differentiated specialty insurance opportunities available to our institutional investors.”
