McLarens has appointed Danny Miller as chief global strategy officer within its global management team.

In this newly created role, Miller will focus on long-term strategic planning, evaluation of M&A opportunities and enterprise-level initiatives.

Miller joins the claims service provider with immediate effect and will report directly to chief executive Gary Brown. 

Brown said: “Miller’s appointment marks an exciting step forward as we expand our global c-suite to support the next phase of our strategic journey.

Experience

With over 30 years of leadership experience in the insurance and loss adjusting sectors, Miller’s portfolio spans senior executive roles in major firms, including chief strategy officer at Knight Commercial and executive vice president of operations at Sedgwick. 

In these roles, he drove initiatives across claims management, strategy development, M&A integration and digital transformation.

Meanwhile, the new hire’s operational expertise includes both domestic and international claims handling, catastrophe operations and workforce development.
