Risk partner Oak Global has appointed Kaylee Darkins as its chief people and communications officer.

Darkins will be based in London and report directly to Oak Global’s founder and chief executive Cathal Carr.

In her new role, she will lead Oak Global’s people strategy, communications and sustainability agenda, bringing these functions together under a single leadership position for the first time.  

Commenting on the new appointment, Carr said: ”Oak Global is scaling with ambition and our team and culture are central to our success.

Experience

Darkins brings 18 years of experience in human resources roles to her new position.

She joins from Axa XL, where she served as chief human resources officer for its UK operations since 2020, as well as HR business partner for the global chief client office from 2024.
