’I’m excited to join and help shape the next phase of its P&C journey,’ says appointee
Specialist MGA Euna Underwriting appointed Nicholas Hartley as head of property and casualty (P&C) to support the multiline build out of the business.

In his new role, Hartley will provide strategic direction as the MGA grows its P&C portfolio.
Euna said that his appointment is ”an important step for the firm as it continues to strengthen its proposition, offering flexible solutions and best-in-class service for brokers and clients”.
‘Next phase’
He joins from Axa UK, where he most recently served as head of SME underwriting. He joined the insurer as underwriting manager for SMEs in 2021.

Prior to this, he was head of business improvement and innovation for group strategy at Ecclesiastical Insurance, P&C underwriting manager at Covéa Insurance and senior development underwriter at AIG.
Commenting on his appointment on LinkedIn, Hartley said: ”I’m incredibly proud of what was achieved during my time at Axa and I’m grateful to my SME team, brokers and partners who’ve made the journey both successful and enjoyable.
”Euna is an ambitious, agile and growing multiline MGA and I’m excited to join and help shape the next phase of its P&C journey.”

She joined the title after completing a Master's degree in Journalism in 2025, having previously graduated with a degree in English Literature.View full Profile
