Yorkshire acquisition builds The Clear Group’s regional aspirations

The acquisition comes as the broker seeks to further invest in its local footprint across the country

Independent broker Clear Group has today (1 March 2023) acquired Sheffield-based broker IFM Insurance Brokers in a move that will build its regional footprint in Northern England.

This deal represents the 37th acquisition made by the Clear Group and not only grows its presence in Yorkshire but enhances its ability to cover a range of commercial risks of all sizes.
