Rural insurance specialists NFU Mutual has cut its processing time and operational IT costs by upgrading its computer systems, the company said today.
NFU Mutual said Computer Solutions and Finance Group (CSF) had upgraded its systems.
It said the upgrade allowed records to be processed more quickly, which in turn increased the speed of NFU's online services.
NFU said costs had been reduced through increased efficiency in back-up times and less need for back-up software.
