Nasty Nick Bateman showed his nice side this week when he praised Insurance Times for its support during his time on Big Brother – the Channel 4 docu-soap where ten contestants living in a sealed house voted to evict one of their party each week until only one was left.
Nick, who was dubbed the most hated man in the country by the Sun for his double-crossing shenanigans, said it was “heart-warming to have the bible of insurance on his side”.
The former Willis broker added that he had no plans to return to the insurance world because there was more money to be made as a celebrity.
But several ex-colleagues from the insurance world turned up to see Nick who was signing copies of his new book How to be a Right Bastard, including Lenny Alexander from Marsh.
