Brokers are to be encouraged to use their websites to drive customer contact after NIG announced a marketing initiative.

It said the campaign was part of its continuing investment in the broker channel. It will consist of a series of marketing leaflets encouraging customers to access broker websites, as well as serving as a reminder of where to go for information on specific products and services, said NIG.

NIG marketing director David Grant, said: “NIG is expanding its e-commerce offering to brokers with a range of new products and initiatives, aimed at facilitating easier and quick access to market offerings. NIG is striving to help brokers get online and communicate more with their customers.

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
