Norwich Union has launched a new commercial product for shops and salons.
Shop & Salon will cover the SME and high street retailer and hairdressers. It will also include legal expenses cover as standard.
In addition customers will also benefit from asset protection, revenue protection and legal liability cover.
There is also a range of options for hairdressers, barbers and beauticians:
The product offers customers; new Norwich Union clear commercial policy wordings - making it easier to understand policy cover; a 24-hour claims line via the new Shop & Salon Freefone number; a 24-hour legal and tax helpline; and a risk management helpline
And for brokers, the product offers a number of benefits including: capability to receive premiums over the phone;a 24-hour claims line via the new Shop & Salon freephone number; and a 24-hour legal and tax helpline
Jim Noakes, Norwich Union's director of product development commercial business, said: "It's clear that we need to make it easy for brokers to trade with us so we've simplified the quote process. We also need to offer customers products that are easy to understand and services that are simple to use."
