Lloyd's has appointed Nicholas Smith as attorney of fact in Canada.
He succeeds Mark Oppenheim who has been in the position since 1992.
The attorney of fact represents Lloyd's underwriters in Canada, and fulfils functions such as certifying the accuracy of filing to regulators.
