Last week saw Norwich Union open its first purpose-built call centre. The multi-million pound office, located on the outskirts of Norwich, will eventually house more than 650 staff from two of the company's sites in the centre of Norwich.
Facilities include eating areas for meals and coffee breaks and chill-out rooms with beanbags where staff can relax.
