In this week's Insurance Times poll, we asked you whether Norwich Union's (NU) claims department restructuring, which is resulting in 750 jobs being cut with 425 more being created, would improve customer service as it claims.
In a decisive result on what is obviously a contentious issue, 63% of you voted that it would not improve service, 37% thought that it would and just 1.3% voted for don't know.
