US management guru Dr Michael Hammer will be explaining how companies can get the full benefit of computer technology at a conference in Switzerland next month.
The event, "Maximising the Payoff of SAP: Harnessing the Power of the Integrated Enterprise", will feature case studies from firms including Cadbury Schweppes and Monsanto Europe.
Deloitte Consulting, the conference's organisers, say its purpose is to outline how companies can achieve the full potential of resource planning software.
Seminars are planned on integrated business systems and process management.
