The administrators of the OIC Run-Off Ltd have set a revised payment percentage of 38%, an increase of five percent on the current payment level.
The OIC Run-Off Ltd was formerly the Orion Insurance Company and the London & Overseas Insurance Company.
This means scheme creditors who have already received a payment of 33% of their established liabilities will receive an additional payment within 90 days.
Policyholders whose claims are yet to be established will receive payment when liability is established.
