The Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) moved into its new Lloyd's Chambers offices earlier this week.
The new scheme, which will subsume the Policyholders' Protection Board later this year, moved into 1 Portsoken Street.
The offices may look familiar to many visitors – the lifts of the building were used in a well known Philips Ladyshave advertisement, and the site was used in the television drama Love Hurts.
FSCS chief executive Suzanne McCarthy said Lloyd's Chambers were the most-cost effective in the heart of the City.
