Bank of Scotland and Usecolor.com, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Royal & Sunalliance, have joined forces to provide small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) with access to online business banking and financial services.
The new one-stop service gives Usecolor.com customers 24-hour access to a full range of banking and finance packages, including lifelong free business banking.
The services, which can all be managed through one point of contact, include deposit accounts, asset finance, term loans, commercial mortgages, fleet finance, payroll & HR services, international banking and online banking.
Usecolor.com provides small and medium-sized companies with online access to information, such as employment law and IT advice, and to discounted office equipment and IT hardware and software.
Gerry Callaghan, chief executive officer of Usecolor.com, said: “For too long, it has been too difficult for small businesses to set up and manage their financial and banking arrangements.
