More than120 passengers have made claims arising from Friday's rail crash at London's Waterloo station, according to loss adjusters McLarens Toplis Rail which is investigating the accident.

One man suffered serious chest injuries and 29 other people suffered whiplash and cuts from flying glass as a result of the collision between two South West Trains.

McLarens Toplis Rail will produce a report on the investigation for St Paul as the insurer of both South West trains. St Paul was also the main insurer of the Great Western train involved in the Paddington rail disaster.
