AIM-listed specialist marketing company Pavilion Insurance Network has launched a new software package ISIS (Integrated Specialist Insurance
Software).

Pavilion said ISIS was a complete application, written in SQL, to support its call centre, web integration, administration, claims handling and management
reporting needs.

After three years of in-house development, the new software went live this month, initially to run Pavilion's new products Tackleguard, specialist insurance cover for anglers; and Studentguard, a new web-based
portal offering fees insurance.

The company said that all of its operations would be integrated into the ISIS system by early 2005.

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.

Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
Many congratulations to all the worthy winners and as always, huge thanks to our sponsors for their support and our judges for their expertise.
