Pavilion Insurance has announced a three year operating agreement between its subsidiary Pavilion Insurance Management and the British Cycling Federation (BCF).
The partnership will provide a range of cycling insurance solutions for federation members.
Pavilion said it has seen significant growth in its range of Cycleguard insurance products, and reported cycle insurance sales 110% ahead of 2005 in the first quarter.
Pavilion chairman and chief executive Andrew Selby said: “We have widened our product offerings in cycle insurance to encompass more users of bikes both in the commuting, leisure and sports use, and together with our strategic partnerships and a particularly strong demand in urban commuting use, we are seeing very encouraging growth”.
