PBS Holdings has appointed Adrian Harling as chief financial officer.
Harling has held a number of senior posts in the industry in both company and Lloyd's operations.
Jonathan Davey, chief executive officer, PBS Holdings said: "PBS Holding continues to be an acquisitive organisation which is looking to grow through acquiring new businesses, teams of people and books of business.
