Essex-based training company the People Development Team (PDT) has announced it is to work with Willis Insurance.
PDT, which specialises in management training, life and career development, redundancy and HR issues, will be travelling out to Washington to advise the company.
A US Willis spokesman said: "I was fortunate enough to attend a session conducted by Angela Peacock (managing director) for Willis colleagues during a recent trip to the UK.
"Her grasp of the important issues that drive organisational performance and the clarity and enthusiasm that marked her presentation style fit our needs in the US perfectly.
"We are excited about arranging for her visit and plan on making her skills and knowledge available to both staff and customers."
