James Morris, law firm Silverbeck Ryder's marketing manager, took a well earned break after climbing Ben Nevis recently, with a cuppa and a copy of Insurance Times.
The climb to Ben Nevis was one of a number of activities organised by Silverbeck Rymer to raise money for cystic fibrosis sufferers – the firm has raised £1,500 to date.
