Phoenix Technology Group has been chosen to provide software for Churchill call center staff. Churchill will use a customized version of FileNet.

Phoenix said the software will allow staff to access all types of inbound and outbound customer documentation on screen regardless of their original format. This includes letters, emails, paper documents and mainframe-generated reports.

Phoenix said the system would allow Churchill call center staff to process claims more efficiently and improve customer service.
