A service designed to reduce the cost of third party claims is being launched with a three-month free trial for fleet managers by Personal Injury Medical Services (PIMS).
The company said its First Response service will substantially reduce the cost of third party claims.
PIMS claims the First Response service will make direct contact with the third party to capture details of their claims. It will then pass the details back to the fleet's insurer. PIMS said this will aid early and accurate reserving.
Fleet premiums have been directly affected by the escalating cost of third party claims, said PIMS.
