PPF signs agreement on sale of its 100% stake in C'P Leasing...
PPF has signed the agreement on sale of its 100% stake in C'P Leasing with Sofinco, which will become effective after its approval by the Czech Antimonopoly Office.
PPF Group spokeswoman Romana Tomasová said: “Since 1997 when C'P Leasing entered the Czech leasing market, the company has achieved excellent results and has got into the top ten leasing companies in the market. The leasing of new and used cars does not, however, belong to our core business that we want to focus on in the future. We believe that Sofinco will be a stable and long-term owner of C'P Leasing."
Sofinco is a subsidiary of one of the largest worldwide financial groups Credit Agricole.
