New liability insurer Professional Risks Insurance (PRI) has selected Xchanging Ins-sure Services as its business partner in a 5-year deal worth more than £10m.
Under the terms of the contract Xchanging will provide PRI with an integrated suite of services including: human resources, accounting, reconcilement and settlement services, IT infrastructure, premium processing, claims processing, policy issuance, credit control, and the Xchanging Ins-sure Services Market Repository.
Xchanging will also find and fit out a new office in the City where PRI will be headquartered.
Xchanging managing director John Benjamin said: "This is a significant milestone in the development of our business, by offering PRI the spectrum of back-office services we are utilising each of the competencies within Xchanging to provide world-class service.
