Primary Broker Services (PBS) has appointed Stephen Marshall as managing director of its Scottish division.
Marshall was director of sales & marketing solutions for Norwich Union (NU).
PBS said he had a strong background in delivery of growth and business development in the industry and would join the broker's services in Scotland.
It follows the appointment two months ago of former NU distribution development director Tim Rolfe, who is now PBS chief operating officer.
