Primary Travel Insurance Services has signed up seven affinity partners to its white label website proposition, including Portman Building Society, Go Ireland and the Chartered Management Institute.

The business model involves a fully transactional website selling travel insurance branded to the client and supported by Primary call centres.

Primary Insurance Group managing director John Bibby said: "We have designed our solution with a number of key criteria in mind, such as ease of white labelling. Normally we can deliver a site in a few days and at no cost to the client. We also have the ability to quickly amend product offerings. Some of our sites will carry just one travel insurance product and others will offer six alternatives."

The combined business is estimated to pull in around £1m in gross revenue working through both the Primary call centre and the website. The full list of affinity partners is: Portman Building Society, Rockhopper, Cover4students, HASSRA, Travel Solutions, Chartered Management Institute and GoIreland.

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.

Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
Many congratulations to all the worthy winners and as always, huge thanks to our sponsors for their support and our judges for their expertise.
