Primary Insurance Group has made a deal with low-cost airline Ryanair to sell insurance to its 180,000 passengers a year.
The travel package focuses on providing comprehensive insurance that matches the personal travelling needs of the typical Ryanair customer.
The insurance can be taken out through Ryanair's call centre, at the same time as booking a ticket, or via the website (www.ryanair.ie).
Online customers will also be offered a more comprehensive policy on an annual multi-trip basis.
Primary account underwriter, Pete Blakeley, said: "This is part of Primary's commitment to its wholesale travel insurance clients, with whom it invests time and money to ensure that they accrue as many business benefits from the relationship as Primary gets through providing the product."
