The Princess Royal has paid tribute to Lloyd’s for its work with Save the Children.
At a reception held at the Lloyd’s building, Princess Anne thanked Lloyd’s for its work over the past six years and its total donation of £250,000 through the Lloyd’s Charities Trust.
Lloyd’s currently supports two Save the Children through the Charities Trust. The first project, in South Africa, provides home-based care for orphans and vulnerable children affected by HIV and AIDS, while the second project, in China, promotes the welfare of disabled children.
