Loss adjuster Carmichaels has appointed Trevor Day as manager of its Colchester office
Day has spent the last 27 years in the insurance industry, gaining his ACII in 1991. He started this career as a backroom assistant in a small provincial insurance broker. He joined a loss adjusting company in 1986, dealing with commercial and personal lines claims and reaching the level of senior adjuster. In 2000 he became a team leader and later team manager of an internal-based service unit dealing with delegated authority household claims for a major insurer. Day enjoys playing golf (handicap 13) and running to keep fit.
