QBE has appointed Judy Holt as head of UK broker development.

Holt will be responsible for developing QBE’s UK broker distribution broker strategy.

She joined QBE in May 2010 as manager of broker development.

Terry Whittaker, managing director distribution, QBE European Operations, said “Since her appointment in 2010, Judy has proved to be an invaluable asset in developing our partner network throughout the UK.

"In her new role, her focus will be on the further expansion of this network and importantly the creation of strategic partnerships with brokers who share QBE’s goals and values.”

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.

Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
