QBE's Major Risks Division has appointed Philip Needham as portfolio manager of the Bloodstock and Equine Team.
Reporting to Michael Warwicker, London General Manager, Major Risks Division, Needham will focus on writing high value bloodstock and equine business.
QBE claims the appointment underlines its commitment to the equine market, reflecting the company's support for its core portfolios.
Major Risks Division general manager Steven Price said: "Phil's experience and knowledge will ensure that we continue to maintain our position as one of the leading insurers in the Bloodstock & Equine market and that we are able to service all our client requirements."
