Loss adjuster Quest Gates Partnerships has poached seven staff from Capita McLarens.
Greg Laker -one of two long-standing account managers in Capita 's client account team -will take up the position of client account director with Quest Gate. Laker, who has been with Capita for more than ten years, has long-standing relationship with clients including Zurich.
Quest Gates senior property director and ex-Capita executive Chris Hall said: "It takes a
long time to build up client relationships and Greg is very experienced in doing so."
Martyn Gabbitas (head of complex liability), Clive Bishop (major loss surveyor)and Hugh Mclleland (divisional director of property adjusting operations in Scotland) resigned last week. Mclleland has been appointed divisional director for Scotland.
They will join the board of directors and all senior executives have the opportunity to buy shares in the business.
