Eurotunnel has appointed liability adjusters The Quest Partnership to assist with self insured public liability claims.

The deal ensures Eurotunnel will have liabiity claims cover for the 2.5m cars, 1.2m trucks, and 75,000 coaches which travel with Eurotunnel every year.

Chris Holme, a partner from Eurotunnel's solicitors, Brachers, said: "The decision to appoint Quest to assist Eurotunnel's internal claims team was made because they showed a clear understanding of the business and of the sensitivities involved in investigating public liability claims."
