Specialist loss adjuster QuestGates has been appointed to RBS Insurance's panel for liability investigation services.
In anticipation of the appointment, QuestGates said it has recently increased its staffing levels and this selected recruitment will continue, with resources being increased in strategic geographic locations.
Chris Hall, managing director of QuestGates, said: “I have always believed that there was a need in the market for specialist services such as ours, and this appointment, coming so soon after that of sole liability adjuster to Legal and General, reinforces my belief.
