Quinn Insurance hopes to raise more than €8.5m by selling its offices in Navan, The Irish Independent reports.
The offices were vacated last week, after staff completed the transfer to offices in Blanchardstown and Cavan.
The Navan site was intended to house 700 staff supporting Quinn's UK division, but is thought to have only housed 300 staff at its peak, the paper said.
The sale has been triggered by a sharp reduction in the UK business's size since Quinn went into administration in 2010.
Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
