Those wishing to raise objections to the sale of Quinn Insurance will be able to raise them in a court hearing on 4 October, the Irish Independent reports.

The troubled insurer is set to be sold to Anglo Irish Bank and Liberty Mutual in October.

Quinn's adninistrators, Michael McAteer and Paul McCann, have also received permission to publish the terms of Quinn's sale on Quinn's website. The documents are expected to go live on the site next Thursday.
