Randall Group has acquired Transport Insurance Company from Great American Insurance Company, the Ohio-based insurer.
At the same time it will be renaming its US subsidiaries, BCS Management and Randall America, "Cavell America".
Randall Group chief executive Robin McCoy said: “Transport represents a significant addition to our operations in the US and is part of our core business of offering exit solutions to discontinued insurance companies.
"The decision to rebrand our US companies marks the next step in the integration of our UK & US activities.”
